I Had My Tonsils Removed, But The Bad Breath Returned 6 Months Later!

by Tracy

I have had bad breath for a long time and have tried everything I could find to get rid of it. I knew I had tonsil stones and after hearing that it could be because I still had my tonsils, I finally decided to have them removed. The doctor agreed with me because my tonsils were huge and even after the surgery, they told me how big and gross they were.

My bad breath was COMPLETELY gone after I got my tonsils removed. I could eat the most garlic filled meal and breath in my fiance's face and he couldn't smell a thing! Then after about 6 months, it slowly started coming back. I feel like it's just as bad now as it was before I got my tonsils removed. I know it smells and I have a horrible taste in my mouth. I brush my teeth all the time and have again tried everything.

Does anyone know why my bad breath would have been completely gone and then come back?! It doesn't make any sense!
