Bad Breath

by Meghan

I ALWAYS have bad breath, even after I brush my teeth. I bought the Ora-brush to clean my tongue and it was suppose to help my bad breath... It didn't. My tongue is never clean and is always white in the back. I have gum with me everywhere I go and wish I didn't always have to worry about my breath :/ HELP

Gary's Response: Hi Meghan - Thanks for posting. My first recommendation is that you read my article, Fourteen Guidelines To Help You Prevent Bad Breath.

Secondly, as I mention in the article, make sure you are drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Avoiding dry mouth is very important when fighting bad breath.

Finally, it sounds like anaerobic bacteria are having a field day in your mouth, and you need to give them the boot. TheraBreath products can help you do this. I recommend their basic product line - tooth gel, oral rinse, and either their breath mints or gum. They worked for me, and I know they'll work for you as well.

You can click here to learn more about TheraBreath products. These products are also available from many national retailers.

Good luck in your fight against bad breath. And Meghan, please post comments to this page to let us know what you decide to do and to update us on how things are going.

Best regards,
Gary
